Celebrating Paryushan – Staying Close to Your Own Soul

I was driving home from work today and heard this news story about Chicago’s Jain community on one of my favorite radio stations, WBEZ, 91.5 I didn’t get to visit a worship service in the Jain community during My First 52 Weeks of Worship, but this story reminded me that I would like to!

Best wishes to those celebrating Paryushan, which as the article points out – “what that really means is staying close to your own soul,”

Listen to the story and enjoy.
